WHERE DOES THE NAME LITTLE TIN LID COME FROM?
“Besides being Aussie slang for kids and the name of an Australian children’s pop group from the 90’s, Little Tin Lids has personal meaning to Tegan. It was a term that Tegan’s mum and grandparents used regularly to refer to her and her brothers throughout their childhood. So when she was looking for the perfect name for her new business venture and her mum suggested Little Tin Lid, it just seemed to be the perfect fit.”.

WHY A CUSTOM PRINT? CAN’T I JUST DISPLAY THE ORIGINAL ULTRASOUND?
While ultrasounds provide the exciting first glimpse of your new child/children, they also often fade quickly in sunlight. Meaning you can not display them forever. This is where we come in. Our products allow you to showcase the new addition/s to your family without fear of fading. They also come in different colours and shapes making them one-of-a-kind works of art perfect for celebrating your baby/babies arrival and displaying in your nursery. WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER, WILL YOU SEND ME A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD THAT I CAN PRINT MYSELF? YES. However only if you purchase our digital download product.

I HAVE PURCHASED MY CUSTOM ULTRASOUND, WHAT NOW?
Once you have successfully placed your order via our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to your supplied email address containing your payment receipt. Within the next 24-72 hours after placing your order you will receive an email with a proof of your artwork to approve. You have 24 hours to approve your print. If you do not respond to your proofing email your order will be automatically approved and sent to print. Changes can not be made to shape, size or colour once you have approved your print.
DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU MY PHYSICAL ULTRASOUND TO GET A CUSTOM PRINT?
No! All we need is for you to submit a digital photo of your ultrasound when you add to cart.
WHERE DO I UPLOAD MY IMAGE?

Our products make such personalised gifts and are great for baby showers, mums and dads as well as grandparents and other family members. If you would like to purchase for someone else we recommend purchasing a Gift Card or organising them to send you a photo of their ultrasound.

DO YOUR ART PRINTS COME FRAMED?

WHAT IS YOUR READY-TO-HANG OPTION?
We are excited to offer you a beautiful ready-to-hang option. We take your custom artwork and mount it onto a 20mm raw dark-edged timber panel (strong enough to resist moisture and humidity). We finish off the wood print with a matte optically clear laminate for extra protection and a beautifully soft finish.Our ready-to-hang option comes with a clever routed groove on the back to allow easy wall hanging. So you do not need to worry about framing and it is ready to display the moment it arrives at your door.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PRINT ARRIVE?
This is custom work, so it is not an overnight job. Placing your order is the first step, then we require you to approve your artwork via email. It can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to produce plus shipping time. If you need your artwork by a specific date (i.e. for a baby shower), please let us know in the notes at checkout. We will do our best to make sure it arrives on time. Digital Download orders take between 24-72 hours. However you can request a rush order by adding a comment at checkout.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE MY ARTWORK AND IT IS BENT OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
At Little Tin Lids, we carefully inspect all our products before they are shipped. Never worry about receiving a damaged print as we will replace and resend free of charge any products damaged during shipment. Simply email orders@littletinlids.com.au with photographic proof of damage within 6 days of delivery.
