Orders within Australia should arrive after shipping date within 3-5 business days during normal periods or 5-10 business days during holiday periods. We offer flat rate shipping Australia wide on all products. You will receive all relevant tracking information once we have shipped your purchase via the email address provided during check out.

Products that can not be shipped internationally include: custom frames, ready to hang wood prints and sibling posters.

If you are receiving your order outside of the Australia, you will be responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the customs department of the country to which you are shipping. Please note that it is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs.
At Little Tin Lids, we carefully inspect all our products before they are shipped. Never worry about receiving a bent print as we will replace and resend free of charge any products damaged during shipment. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic proof of damage within 7 days of delivery.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON:
– Change of mind on purchase after work has begun on your artwork.
– Typos made by customers on
their submission form.
– We do not offer exchanges.
– On products damaged during shipping. We offer FREE replacement in this situation (see above).
